High-quality wire produced through a precision drawing process. Available in STS 304 series (304/304L/304H/304M/304N), STS 316 series (316/316L/316N), STS 302/321/317/202M, FCH, and Brass — serving construction, food, medical, and marine industries.
Materials
The most versatile austenitic stainless steel. Excellent corrosion resistance and workability for construction, food, and general industry.
Low-carbon STS 304. Resistant to sensitization after welding, used in medical and chemical equipment.
High-carbon STS 304 for elevated-temperature use. Superior high-temperature strength for heat-resistant components.
Modified STS 304 with improved work-hardening. Better cold-drawing performance, ideal for fine wire production.
Nitrogen-added STS 304. Higher yield and tensile strength than standard 304, suited for high-strength wire applications.
Molybdenum-bearing grade with enhanced pitting corrosion resistance. Ideal for marine, medical, and chemical environments.
Low-carbon STS 316. Excellent weldability and sensitization resistance, widely used in medical and food equipment.
Nitrogen-added STS 316. Combines Mo-based corrosion resistance with nitrogen-enhanced strength for premium applications.
Higher carbon content than 304 for faster work-hardening. Used for high-tensile springs and precision components.
Titanium-stabilized austenitic grade. Resists sensitization for superior corrosion resistance in high-temperature and welded structures.
Higher Mo content than 316. Outstanding corrosion resistance in aggressive environments with chlorides and sulfuric acid.
Low-nickel austenitic grade with Mn and N substituting Ni. Cost-competitive for general corrosion-resistant applications.
High-carbon hardened wire. High tensile strength and wear resistance for springs and precision machine parts.
Copper-zinc alloy wire. Excellent electrical conductivity for brushes, electrical components, and decorative use.
